The situation
Estáis perdidos mientras intentáis llegar al hotel y ya vais tarde. La calle principal está cerrada, la batería del teléfono se ha agotado y dos personas os dan indicaciones diferentes.
You are lost while trying to reach your hotel, and you are already running late. The main street is closed, your phone battery is dead, and two people give you different directions.
