Request deletion by email instead

Email developer@fluentivos.com with the subject Fluentivos account deletion, preferably from the email address used for your account. State that you want your account and associated data deleted. If you cannot access that email, explain this so we can help verify ownership another way.

Request account deletion by email

If the button does not open an email app, copy the address into your usual email service. Never include your password or verification codes. Sending an email starts a request; this page does not instantly delete your account.

What happens next

We verify account ownership, process the request within applicable legal time limits, and confirm completion by email. If more information or time is required, we explain why. Deletion is permanent: your account, saved learning attempts, review progress, known words, preferences, daily plans, and linked learning milestones are removed from active systems.

What may remain

Online deletion immediately removes the active account and learning records and records a private request for any necessary service-provider cleanup. Limited security, legal, or request-handling records may be retained where necessary; we explain any applicable exception in our response. Restricted provider backups expire under their normal retention schedules. Aggregated statistics that no longer identify you may remain. Clear the app's storage or browser site data to remove local copies and unsent guest practice. Uninstalling alone does not delete server data.
